Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Inside UAE: Free delivery. Other GCC countries: Delivery charges apply based on weight. Rest of the world: Charges calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply as per local government policies.

Returns are free within the UAE if there is a manufacturing defect. For non-defect returns, shipping charges may apply. You can drop the product in our shop for free, no restocking fees. All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. For first-time issues, we replace or refund. For later warranty claims, bring the product to our Sharjah shop or shipping charges apply (50 AED in UAE city areas; international shipping charges vary).
